Located in Coconut Grove, The  project is the demolition of the existing buildings and new construction of an affordable housing development. It will consist of 80 one, two and three-bedroom affordable housing units. Residential unit square footages will range from 700 to 1100 SF. The project will include adequate parking. There will be a single building with four stories and parking.
