Super Manor Apartments

Project consisted of acquisition and rehabilitation of (87) occupied one and two bedroom units. This transaction involved the purchase of the property from a U.S. bankruptcy trustee. It also required the development and implementation of a tenant relocation plan in compliance with the federal Uniform Relocation Act. This development has now been demolished.
