Keith Franklin currently serves as the Vice President of Development to New Urban Development a subsidiary of   The Urban league of Greater Miami, New Urban specializes in building quality, affordable housing for families within Miami’s urban core, while meeting the highest quality standards for apartment living and designed to foster a sense of community. Keith is an accomplished real estate professional who is intricately involved in sourcing project funding, underwriting new developments and asset acquisitions. He brings a diverse experience to New Urban Development with over 14 years in the Finance, Construction Management, and Real Estate Development industries.
