Oliver L. Gross

Oliver Gross currently serves as President of New Urban Development, LLC . As President, Mr. Gross has primary responsibility for the acquisition, development, construction oversight, financing and property management of the myriad of commercial and residential housing developments control and owner by New Urban Development and The Urban League of Greater Miami.  Mr. Gross ensure all business endeavors are in line with the mission statement of New Urban Development. Mr. Gross is a firm believer the concept of “Mitigation of Gentrification by Participation in Transformation” a theme and phrase New Urban Developments look to uphold. Mr. Gross has experience as a real estate developer, public administrator, and commercial banker. Mr. Gross has earned certifications as a Real Estate Development Professional and a U.S.HUD Certified Occupancy Specialist.

Mr. Gross received a BBA from Florida A&M University and is a 2003 recipient of the prestigious Louis Stokes Fellowship at Case Western Reserve University’s Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences where he was also awarded the Master of Science in Social Administration. In March 2012, Mr. Gross completed the 18 month Achieving Excellence Executive Training program at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
